My Daily Ladder
A printable guide for young adults building their own routines after school ends, one small step at a time. Each week brings a fresh schedule, hands-on activities, and a one-page Quick Card to keep close. Written as a menu of choices, never a list of orders.
Week 1: the full guide and Quick Card
Try the full first week at home. Print the guide for the week, and keep the Quick Card on the fridge or by the bed.
Free for personal, single-household use. Please do not resell or redistribute.
What is inside every week
A full week, morning to evening
Each day is split into Morning, Midday and Evening, with two simple picks in each. Weekends stay open: choose anything from the menu.
The Quick Card
One page with the whole week as checkboxes. A blank box is just a blank box, no explaining needed.
Lettering and puzzles
Calligraphy practice, words and numbers, and a thinking puzzle that changes with the theme.
Video Hub
Short how-to videos to go with the week, plus a link to our free Learning Library.
Responsibility Ladder
Five small rungs that grow week by week, with a tracker that notices progress without judging.
Coloring Studio
Six detailed coloring pages each week, made for adults, not little kids.
A few tips for families
- Offer the guide as something that belongs to them, not as homework. Let them pick what to try first.
- A partly finished checklist still counts. There is no catching up and no missed-day guilt.
- Print a fresh Quick Card each week and keep it where it will be seen.
More weeks are on the way
My Daily Ladder is planned as a full year: 52 weeks with new themes, schedules and coloring pages. Leave your email and we will let you know when new weeks are available.
